New every morning is your love, great God of light, and all day long you are working for good in the world. Stir up in us desire to serve you, to live peacefully with our neighbors and all your creation, and to devote each day to your Son, our Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

Today’s Reflection

LET CHRIST be born in you!
Let hope be born,
Let love be born.

Let newness of heart be born in you!
Let gentleness be born,
Let truth be born.

Let concern for the poor be born in you!
Let generosity be born,
Let compassion be born.

Let close communion with God be born in you!
Let prayer be born,
Let action be born.

Let the faith to take up your cross and follow be born in you!
And let it lead you in the ways of our Lord,
For the sake of our Lord. Now and always. Amen.

Let Christ and all He stands for be born in me, please God. May I find a way to act on Your behalf in some manner, even given my limitations.
I will try to continue my prayer filled comments, but my fingers all have sores on the pads, so touching anything, all day long, is painful. Thank you all who commented and let me know that I do not overstay my welcome.
Prayers for Robert and Erich and may Gos lead them as they continue to plan their move.
Prayers for Mary and her family, may they continue to support one another.
Prayers for Jill and her family, may Gloria continue to have good health through the holidays.
Prayers for Andrea and Lowell, may Lowell’s ankle finally begin to heal.
Prayers for Connie and her family, may they learn from her how to always be grateful.
Prayers for Lou and her family, may they have a harmonious holiday celebration.
Prayers for Betsy and her family, and may they be safe as they travel.
Prayers for April and her family, may we all learn from April’s example of living a Christ centered life.
Prayers for Marcy and may her physical issues be less bothersome today. Dear child of God, may He comfort you today.
    Prayers dear UR family

Had to search for the daily reflection, have updated my subscription so it should continue into 2019.

Yes, Julie, you and Marcy both are amazing prayer warriors despite the physical and emotional hardships you face. Thank you for your prayers.
The whole UR family is in my prayers, you are all such a blessing.

A busy day Wednesday morning and all day today. Many good things happened. Help for Anneliese, a library stop for me, and some Korean food items for Erich and I on Wednesday. Today a good trip, lunch, and shopping.
A new job search continues, hot humid work places cause a lot of skin problems and need to be avoided. The job doesn’t pay well. Our efforts to move are energized by this.

It’s been a long but good day, am glad to be able to post here and send you all Advent blessings.
