New every morning is your love, great God of light, and all day long you are working for good in the world. Stir up in us desire to serve you, to live peacefully with our neighbors and all your creation, and to devote each day to your Son, our Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

Today’s Reflection

Where do you long for God’s healing in your life? Where do you need God’s healing touch on your physical body? What would God’s healing look like in your life?

—Whitney R. Simpson, Holy Listening with Breath, Body, and the Spirit (Upper Room Books, 2016)

Today’s Breath Prayer

Yes, Father – Your healing hands – thank You for healing in the past, for restoration of physical health and abilities. Thank You for the healing which David and Ally have received thus far. Strengthen Ally as caregiving is so intense…mentally, emotionally, physically. May she know You will provide strength sufficient for the day. And guide her in a potential new job opportunity. Continue to walk with David as he recovers, may he be encouraged by improvement. Father – may Marcy’s PT be effective and enable her to regain strength and stability. Sustain Julie as demands from h continue – may she have discernment and strength in decisions which lie ahead. Father – it is good to have Robert back, sharing his wisdom and activities with us. I lift up Lou and her children, BJ, April and Rick. Father – thank You for Your blessings – may we count each one and praise You.

Amen to your prayers Jill. so thankful I can type. The problem with the keyboard started with letters in the A-L line, especially J and L, and expanded both upward and downward on the keyboard.

Healing in relationships is needed here. There is progress, but more needs to be done.
Thankful Meesook seems to be recovering from the post surgery pain caused depression, Anneliese is getting the help she needs for around the house chores, still needs medical help that is harder to find with the virus still a top priority.. Thankful for another wonderful day. Bible study this morning: Is God the same in the Old and New Testaments? Thank You, Lord, for the blessings of the day and Your closeness to us.

Thank you for your prayers New Every Morning family and friends. Good day to one and all. My walker was delivered yesterday and since it has a seat for resting, can’t be transported easily. Which is fine due to coronavirus concerns. I go for the MRI tomorrow to find out what is causing the pain in my legs and the swelling. I also start PT in the late afternoon. I pray for strength and stamina to attend. Lucy Lou is not at all fond of the toothbrush! 🐱🐈

Praying for Jill, Julie and Megan, Chai and Tazzie 🐱🐈, Robert, Rick and his husband and LC, Lou and her children, April and her family, Andrea and her family, Ally and David and all their kitties 🐱 x8, BJ, Mary, Connie, Rusty and all who we miss seeing. Prayers for those in the BALCONY and beyond! I pray intercessory prayers for you all up there and know that God sees your needs and concerns. Prayers and sharing praises for all who visit here today!

Today’s songs/hymns: What Good Can Come From Nazareth; By All Your Saints Still Striving and I Will Follow You. My voice is not what it was and it doesn’t matter in the least! God loves to hear us singing to Him and you don’t have to be in the choir!
    🎼🎵🎶🎵🎶🎸🎹😊

And these three remain: Faith, Hope and Love; and the greatest of these is LOVE! Sending Love to one and all!

Please, dear Lord, lat your healing hands upon me and heal me physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I pray this every morning, may it be so. May God lay his healing hands upon Ally and David, Marcy and Lucy Lou, and Jill. Lay your healing hands also, dear Lord, on our suffering nation and its people.
Prayers for Jill, may her PCP and she resolve her recurring GI issues so she may return to all her many activities.
Prayers for Robert and the”healing” of his computer and keyboard. Oh how you were missed!
Prayers for marcy and Lucy Lou, may the MRI reveal the source of the pain and swelling and may the PT bring relief and strength. Neither of our kitties like their teeth brushed either so we give them special food and treats.
Prayers for Ally and David, may God take up Ally’s burdens and carry them and her through recovery and care giving. May it be God’s will that Ally enter this new job. May David continue to recover and grow strong.
Prayers for April and her family, I truly enjoy your comments and your faith and insights have taught me so much.
Prayers for Rick as he turns his attention to settling in to his new home, may he continue his education in class.
Prayers, thank you and continued health dear UR one and all
