Today’s Reflection
SPIRITUAL GROWTH requires gaining understanding about ourselves and God. As our knowledge of ourselves grows, our circle expands, giving us more space to dig deeper into our knowledge of God.

Staying in the Word, during my morning time, with Bible studies with other like-minded women, and deep, meaning, intentional conversation.
As God reveals more of myself, as well as more of Himself to me – there is a deeper, stronger hunger for Him, for His righteousness. There is recognition of where I fall short, for need of confession. For a stronger need of awareness of the lure of the evil one.
Father, continue to grow and transform me. May my desires align with Your Will.
The weather held for tennis camp yesterday morning and for golf for dad and I. Camp seemed to have a successful day one. Today is supposed to be beautiful.
Read God’s word, pray, spend time listening to Him, worship him, study the Bible with other Christians, serve Him, and fellowship with other Christians.
Blessings to all!
Thank you for all your prayers!
May God bless you and your families abundantly!
I read the bible daily first thing in the morning _ I also talk with God thanking HIM for my daily blessings all day long. I close my day with thanks, asking for forgiveness of all sins that I have done of the day , and ask for blessings on family , friends , and enemies…..
I read daily devotionals, this reflection and the words shared in this comment section. I have learned and grown so much from the sharing of all of you and from the caring manner we treat one another. Many who comment have deep Christian roots and have helped nurture my own roots.

I had an early morning doctor’s appointment and was not sure that I could make my weekly commitment to a nursing home. Well, after a great report from the doctor, I had enough time to make it to the nursing home. I have a severe hearing loss, but I am still blessed with the ability to play the piano and several other instrument. You see, I play by ear. How is that possible? God has blessed me with this gift. Most of the time, I place my hands on the keys and start playing and the music turns into a familiar song. That’s what I call “Spirit Playing”. It is such a blessing to let the Holy Spirit minister through me. Thank you, Lord, for all my blessings.
