New every morning is your love, great God of light, and all day long you are working for good in the world. Stir up in us desire to serve you, to live peacefully with our neighbors and all your creation, and to devote each day to your Son, our Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

Today’s Reflection

Jesus tells us to abide in him as he abides in us (John 15:4). As we learn what it means to dwell consciously, moment by moment, in the divine presence, God graciously shares with us the gift of Christ’s own wholeness. Such perfection embodies the fullness of human life as God intended it, reflecting the divine image and likeness with rich and sparkling clarity.

Today’s Scripture

As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.
—Colossians 2:6-7 (NRSV)

Read the Bible, pray and attend worship services.
Things have gotten very bad here. The people who took money from h are trying to wrest POA away from me.
Prayers for Ally and David, for health and for kitties health and for financial improvement. Prayers for Jill and her family. Prayers for Robert and his church as they find their groove in conducting services smoothly.

I dwell in God’s presence through corporate worship, asking God to speak through scripture, prayer, and listening.
Thanks to all for your prayers for our family, including our kitties. Julie, I am praying for your situation with H. Please pray for any cousin who is dealing with similar situation with her mom, my Aunt. Prayers for safety for you both.
