Work for social justice. Be God’s hands and feet. Pray, worship, resist evil, care for those in need of food and clothing, or who are sick, Connect with those in prison. Vote, peacefully protest. Thank You, Lord.
With all that is happening now in our country, I pray with deepened trust that God will prevail. His peace. His justice. Thank you Lord.
Despite turmoil we can rest in the knowledge that the Lord will prevail. As Jesus said, worry does us no good. He invites us to put down our burdens safe in the knowledge of his provision and care. As the Serenity prayer states, “that I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with him forever. “
