I think prayer is the best way to give over worries to Jesus. I’m very thankful that Jesus ia always with me.
Through prayer I bring my concerns, worries and fears to God. However, I find it difficult to truly leave my burdens with God. I have a tendency to “take them back” by continuing to struggle with my thoughts. I need to focus more on the Lord and accept that he is in control.
