Today’s Reflection
Our deepest identity is not to be found in all the changing ways we find to get around in this life; rather, it is in our following Jesus’ way of trusting God through all our changes.

On World Communion Sunday I reached out to people in Korea and Germany. In addition to shared Communion, in both places they celebrated Thanksgiving, Chuseok in Korea and Erntedank in Germany. I was able to bring Communion to church members at home and in the hospital. Thank You, Lord.
After my last hospital stay. I have made much progress since then.

I went through a bad breakup several years ago and was in deep despair. God sent people my way who loved me through that bad time. I encountered a sweet elderly man who told me things about myself that no one knew. It astounded me I have wondered if was an Angel. I need to remember this event when my faith is fragile.
