Today’s Reflection
O GOD, sometimes I think you have forgotten me;
sometimes my faith becomes very small.
Please remind me that you have not abandoned me,
for your faithfulness never changes.
Help me to wait with patience
and to trust that all time is in your hand.

Today’s Scripture
“If any of you put a stumbling block before one of these little ones who believe in me, it would be better for you if a great millstone were hung around your neck and you were thrown into the sea.”

Thank you God for your presence and faithfulness!
Blessings to all and have a good week ahead!
God has helped me through some tough times and continues to keep me going. Thankful that a two year through the valley journey has been accomplished and resources can do more positive things. My financial footing is more solid. Thank You, Lord. Grant me Your wisdom to use the resources wisely.
Thankful that I trusted You, Lord, and was supported.
More later today, have a blessed Sunday.
I pray this prayer earnestly and specifically for my mother this morning. I pray for merely a glimmer, a slight turning – something heard at church – in a song, a prayer, the sermon. Oh Father, may there be mercy with where her thoughts take her.
Grateful for cooler air of Fall. Yesterday, an impromptu tennis match got set up in the afternoon – grateful my friend called me and set it up. We will be partnering today in our team’s match. I have been on prednisone for a week – and it is amazing to feel so good. Swelling seems to be decreasing in my left fore finger – or maybe I am just being overly optimistic. Very easy to do when I feel so good. Anyway, back to the cooler Fall air. The smell of Fall is in that cooler air as well. Being outside in it yesterday with a beautiful blue sky took me back to camping memories with my parents. We would get out a couple of weekends in the Fall – I was thinking of fishing, of campfires, of flannel shirts on the cool morning hikes. Grateful for those memories.
May Sabbath blessings be abundant to all the UR faithful.
It is lovely to hear about Jill’s beautiful camping memories, how lovely to have them to hang onto, and how affirming is Jill’s faith. I am grateful that Robert’s trust in God is strong.
Prayers for people who are divided, may there be civil discourse and bridges of understanding to meet upon. May respect prevail in conflict.
Prayers for UR friends and visitors. May all have a blessed, peaceful Sunday.
Hello, dear friends! I have been in Texas with my grandchildren these last two weeks. What a joy to wake up each day and have such a labor of LOVE to accomplish! Blessings to all! God is indeed GOOD!
If my faith becomes small, I am sunk! I don’t see that ever happening.
God bless Gloria and show her your presence with her.
Thankful for:
A Sweet, Rainy, Sabbath. (“Washed in the blood of the Lamb”)
A little more “pep”.
That Robert is doing well.
Prayers for a beloved family member who has had many falls.
I need this prayer now.
I need God now.
I turn to Him in prayer yet wait for His response.
I know He will respond in His time.
Julie, keeping you in prayer.
May God’s presence be so close to you.
May you experience His power and love
May He watch over you and protect you from all harm and danger.
Blessings!
