Let your prayerful imagination feed and be fed by the stories of our shared family, the children of God. Let their stories read you and remind you of the hope and mercy that God has for you, even in the valley of shadows and on the mountaintop.
Take your share in their sorrows, struggles, and joy, and let them lead you always back to the kernel of love that was complete from before the beginning of Creation. Whoever you were made to be, however you became the person reading this book, God delights in every detail of you and loves you without end.

Prayer for the Week
God of infinite love, thank you for loving us even before we were born. Help us to realize that your family has room for each of us. Guide us to accept ourselves and others as we seek to grow closer to you. Amen.
