New every morning is your love, great God of light, and all day long you are working for good in the world. Stir up in us desire to serve you, to live peacefully with our neighbors and all your creation, and to devote each day to your Son, our Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

I care for others, help people, and serve as the lay leader and leader of SPRC. Thank You, Lord.
I’m not sure why we remember Your time on earth with us in such a short period of time, Christmas to Easter is not a long time, roughly 5 months out of 12. I’m thankful that Your time with us, long ago by human standards, had such a powerful impact. You, the Holy Spirit, and the Father are ever present. ThankYou, Lord.

Good question about the time in the church year that we celebrate Jesus, Robert. Most of the year is I believe termed “ordinary time”. With this thought, I try to be the hands and feet of Jesus everyday, not just on Sunday or Christmas. I try to think ahead as I am driving to avoid accidents, when walking to observe others that might like to see a smile or hand to steady them when they go up stairs, or direct foreigners as they navigate airports. I try to be aware of others and prepared to help as I can. I support organizations and our church with monetary resources. Emails and texts to friends to say I am thinking of you. We are all on this earth for such a short time. I try to do what I can during that time.
    Blessings to each of you.
