Today’s Reflection
INTEGRATING SPIRITUALITY and photography takes us on a powerful journey, which deepens the way we experience photography—whether a full day or a few minutes. The process we followed moved us from running out the door in search of the “magical perfect picture” to a day of receiving the gift of light sent our way through the eyes of the heart and soul. We finish the day with more than a series of pictures. We return home with a renewed sense of the Spirit’s companionship, a newly attuned eye to see God in the world, and a soul that has been fed by seeing the story God placed in front of us.

Reading the Book of Daniel. He faced some very tough experiences. His trust in God who helped him through these experiences encouraged me.
Had a busy but good day yesterday, went to the gym and Bible study before lunch, then errands, shopping, and a walk before supper.
Prayers for well-being, safety, good health, and trust in God for all who come to the UR,
Each morning, before the light is breaking, with a hot cup of coffee, I anticipate opening the gift of a new day, which is SO DIFFERENT each time.
I can feel the Spirit presence as HE shares with me this brand new time, all clean and new, filled to the top with peace and absolute silence, then bird song, choices, Blessings and especially love.
I wish it would never end!!
How lovely and uplifting.
Here each morning, in the words posted by fellow sojourners in this world. The posts share how God has stood with you through times of sorrow and pain. You have described God’s providential care during times of duress and abject need. That the still small voice has whispered words of comfort and rejoiced in times of joy. In all I see the Spirit is in your presence and thusly feel Him in mine.
Prayers for Robert and his exhaustingly busy schedule, a blessing.
Prayers for Rick and his joy filled new beginnings each day.
Prayers for April, BJ, Betsy and Lou. Prayers for healing for Andrea, Connie and Marcy.
Prayers for Jill and her continued lack of pain and fatigue.
Prayers for Mary and her continued success with teaching.
The leaves are really changing now. Bright red right outside my window. But, I saw several birds swooping and chasing one another as well, Connie.
Prayers, blessings, warm hugs and thank you dear UR posters
I can picture that.
In holy moments which are unexpected – I recognize the Spirit in these. Recently these have been phone conversations with my friend whose daughter remains in crisis. They are on such an emotional rollercoaster. Our conversations are unhurried and generally end with deep prayer. I am grateful for great pray-ers in my life, who have taught me to pray…slowly, earnestly, conversationally, deliberately. Moments of beauty and astounding uniqueness in nature also give me great pause – especially colors in a sunrise or sunset.
Julie – how long until you might be able to see signs of relief with this new treatment? I pray it will be effective. Thank you for your prayers – I have been experiencing some discomfort for a few weeks now, but it has been less these past few mornings.
Mary – may God continue to bless your impact on others.
